Equipped loading docks Sacil Hlb equipped loading docks are a practical, safe, and durable state-of-the-art solution to your dock loading and unloading needs for in-transit goods. Today, Sacil Hlb can offer its customers perfect loading dock integration. All the components (sectional door, loading ramp, isothermal portal) are designed and manufactured in house: not having to depend on third-party suppliers, we ensure maximum reliability, as well as customer support, spare parts and maintenance services in line with the quality of our products.

Loading docks One manufacturer, a whole range of quality guarantees When discussing loading docks, what first comes to mind is the slippery issue of loading ramps. Sacil Hlb has also placed great attention on two complementary items that should never be overlooked: • insulated sectional doors, and • isothermal portals Like ramps, sectional doors and isothermal portals are also designed and manufactured internally by Sacil Hlb, with all the benefits that this implies. Loading docks Total Quality Sacil Hlb ramps meet an extremely high quality standard, achieved through a robotized welding process that ensures consistent production with a level of performance repeatability that could hardly be reached through manual welding. Robot welding!

Which model? Sacil Hlb’s range of loading ramps consists of three lines, all with weight capacity up to 6,000 kg; for higher weights, special ramps with axis capacities ranging from 9,000 to 12,000 kg on the axis are also available. Ramps with swinging front lip, ideal for loading and unloading the docking vehicles from the back; this configuration is used in approximately 90% of installations.

PUSC Model Ramps with fixed front lip and sliding platform, ideal for loading and unloading the docking vehicles from the back and the side; this configuration is used in approximately 10% of installations. PUSR Model Sacil Hlb also offers a special version, combining the features of swinging lip and sliding platform ramps, ideal for loading and unloading the docking vehicles from the back and the side.

Construction details A view of the sturdy front where it joins the side. Maximum strength and durability in a highly critical point

Anti-slip platform The platform is made of embossed sheet metal for easy draining of rain water.

Self-cleaning front hinge The hinge, made of welded steel elements, prevents debris from being trapped in the hinge, which reduces maintenance intervals

Bevelled swinging lip In the standard version the front lip is built with side bevels for easier placement onto the bed of the docking vehicles

Double action cylinder The cylinder that controls the protrusion of the ramp lip has a dual action: it both extends and retracts the lip, so that there will be no operation problems over time.

The galvanized sheet metal anti-shearing protection on the side is operated by a telescopic mechanism. This solution reduces maintenance work.

PUSR Model The only ramp that combines the features of traditional swinging front lip ramps with those of sliding ramps!

It adjusts to the connection in just a few steps Swing A single ramp can perform all the operations that would normally require two different models.

PUSC Model A traditional sliding ramp, revisited in certain functions and operations and further reinforced in the points of greatest stress.

Safe sliding mechanism A simple, smooth and reliable mechanism operates this sturdy ramp, particularly suitable for side loading and for full use of the whole vehicle bed.

Installation The issues related to construction works for the installation of electro-hydraulic ramps have always been closely examined, because while correct execution of these works leads to fast, straightforward installations, any execution error may cause quite serious problems. Made of steel sections painted blue (RAL 5010), the frame can be installed using a few bolts in less than 20 minutes. This is the most economical solution. It requires wood caissons along the perimeter of the excavation. The frame has to be pre-walled in by the customer according to the specifications provided in the installation manual. Once the instructions are followed correctly, ramp installation is straightforward. Any works required to build a cavity for accommodating the vehicle's hydraulic sideboard will be executed by the customer according to Sacil Hlb specifications.
