Carrier-Push-Back System

Product catalog summary
Overview of Carrier-Push-Back System:
The Carrier-Push-Back system is designed for efficient pallet storage, utilizing carriers that move on inclined rails to ensure pallets return to the operator's side. The system can accommodate up to 8 pallets in depth, with each carrier running on a dedicated pair of steel rails, allowing for a low build-in height and extra lift clearance.

System Operation:
The first pallet is placed on the highest carrier, and subsequent pallets push the existing ones back, each resting on a progressively lower carrier. The last pallet is placed directly on the rails. The system ensures automatic movement of pallets without hang-ups, enhancing safety and ease of operation.

Technical Specifications:
The rails are made from a closed box section to prevent dirt and moisture ingress, with carriers powder-coated in light grey and rails hot-dip galvanized, making the system suitable for cold storage environments. The height of the structure varies based on the number of pallets, ranging from 135 mm for 2 pallets to 190 mm for 8 pallets.

Racking Specifications:
The rack can be customized up to a frame depth of 1300mm, with angle beams fitted at the front and rear. The system is easy to assemble with pre-assembled rails bolted to the angle beams.

Advantages:
  • Compact design with low construction height.
  • Safe operation with automatic pallet movement by gravity.
  • Low slope requirement of only 2.5%.
  • Independent of pallet quality.
  • Galvanized rails prevent abrasive wear.
  • Drive-in racks can be easily modified for the Carrier-Push-Back system.

Carrier-Push-Back System-2

Technical description _ The Carrier-Push-Back system is an assembly of carriers that are joined together and moved on rails. The steel profiles forming the rails are inclined to ensure the pallets return to operator's side of the system. The carriers differ in height. The first pallet is placed on the highest carrier. When the next pallet is stored, those pallets already in the channel are pushed one space back. After that the next pallet to be stored is placed on the next lower carrier. The last pallet is placed directly on the steel rails. When the first pallet is removed the other pallets...
