The RDF/SRF is used as fuel in incineration plants or cement kilns. Dewatering is necessary to optimize fuel efficiency. The RUNI screw compactor dewaters RDF/SRF continuously with low energy use, suitable for demanding 24/7 operations.
Integrated sensors automate the start and stop of the machine. Water is collected in a stainless steel tray and diverted. The machine signals when to grease bearings every 100 hours. It can be installed at the end of a production line and fed via conveyor belt or directly under a rotating drum.
