Description
The RUNI screw compactor is designed to address storage issues caused by returned goods and faulty manufacture from paint producers. It efficiently compacts and separates paint buckets, allowing for space savings and easier handling. The compacted buckets can be recycled, and the contents can be incinerated, ensuring 100% product destruction to prevent market re-entry. The machine accommodates cans up to 230 mm in diameter, equivalent to a 10-litre bucket.

Function
The compactor operates continuously, pressing out bucket contents into a tank. It features automatic start and stop sensors and can be fed manually or via a conveyor belt. Constructed with stainless steel (AISI316) components, it withstands low pH liquids. The screw rotates slowly to minimize spark and explosion risks.
