The SK370 compactor is designed to handle EPP, which requires a Heavy Duty pre-crusher to break down the material before compaction. The compacted EPP blocks can reach a density of approximately 350 kg/m³ and are stackable for efficient transport, with up to 20 tonnes fitting in a truck or container.

The machine uses a Heavy Duty pre-crusher to prepare the EPP, followed by a screw and hydraulic jaws to form solid blocks. It can be fed manually or via a conveyor belt, with sensors for automatic operation. Options include a block divider and crane for handling, and a solution for compacting both EPP and EPS.
