Dewatering reject from food waste to biogas plant Description RUNI SK240 screw compactor efficiently separates small quantities of food content and liquid from its packaging in a continuous process leaving the reject dry enough to send it to incineration instead of sending it to landfill at much higher cost. The conditions at plants for biomass production of food waste are very demanding. The plants are working 24/7 all year round.
