Introduction
The Rtec Instruments SMT-2000 PIQ Nanoindenter is designed for precise measurement of mechanical properties at the nanoscale. It supports loads up to 500 mN and can test various materials including thin films, metals, ceramics, coatings, polymers, and biomaterials.
