Working Characteristics:
The TD3S valve operates within a working pressure as specified in the working scheme. It functions effectively at room and fluid temperatures ranging from 0 to 75°C. The flow direction is also detailed in the working scheme. The nominal diameters for GATE 2 are Ø1.5, Ø2.0, and Ø2.5, while for GATE 3, they are Ø0.8, Ø1.0, Ø1.2, Ø1.5, and Ø2.0. The valve features direct opening for electrical pilot/control.

Physical Characteristics:
The valve body is made of PA66 with 30% glass fiber. It uses EPDM and FKM gaskets, with EPDM O-ring sealing. The core and spring are constructed from stainless steel, and the assembly is bayonet type.

Installation:
The valve can be installed in any position without affecting its operation and is easy to inspect.

Applications:
Suitable for coffee machines, appliances, medical equipment, irons, and water dispensers, especially where water control at high temperatures is needed.

Hydraulic Connections:
Inlet and outlet connections are quick coupling Ø6 mm or Ø8 mm. The upper outlet (GATE 3) includes hose tail and spigot options.

Working Scheme:
The valve operates normally closed (NC) with a maximum operating pressure differential (MOPD) detailed for various gate diameters. The MOP is limited to 10 bar when the temperature exceeds 65°C.

Universal Working (U):
The maximum opening and closing pressure differentials are specified for different gate diameters, with values obtained at 85% of the rated voltage.
