Specifications:
The ELIPSE® INTEGRA HALF-FACE MASK is designed with medical-grade TPE, conforming to ISO 10993-10: 2010 for irritations. It is latex and silicone-free, with a nylon valve body and silicone inhalation/exhalation diaphragm. The mask features a 4-point adjustable elasticated head and neck strap with a comfort pad in TPE. The gas filters are made of activated carbon sealed into an ABS shell, while the particulate filters are mechanical type multi-layer HESPA synthetic media encapsulated with flexible TPE. The goggles are polycarbonate with flow coating, permanently attached to the mask body by stainless steel clips.

The mask has a NIOSH Approval number: P100/OV TC-84A-9382.

Weight:
Mask + Filter: net (S/M) 12 oz; (M/L) 12.3 oz, gross (S/M) 16.3 oz; (M/L) 16.8 oz. Each filter weighs 2.9 oz, with both filters netting 5.9 oz and grossing 6.9 oz.

Shelf Life:
The mask and filters have a shelf life of 3 years, with storage conditions specified in the Instructions for Use. Filters are reusable and changeable.

Production:
Manufactured in the United Kingdom, with 100% of filters NaCl tested.

Efficiency:
The P100 filter is > 99.97% efficient for 0.3 μ particulate. At 1000 ppmv, the filters provide > 50 minutes of protection against Carbon Tetrachloride (CCl4).

Applications:
Suitable for universal gases, dust, mist, and fumes, including metal fumes and dust in confined spaces, paint, molds, construction welding, pesticides, agriculture, epoxite, paint, solvents, and various organic gases. It is applicable in manufacturing, car & ship repair.
