- SU (super): For heavy-duty loads and low turning rates
Types of Spindle:- Type N / NH: Standard point 60°
- Type V / VH: Extended point 60°
- Type L: Slim, extended point 60°
- Type A: Point nose taper for cones
- Type K: With internal cone for interchangeable inserts
Load Specifications: Workpiece weight is based on the assumption of being held between two Live-Centres, with one holding a maximum of 50% of the workpiece weight. Additional loads due to imbalance or uneven weight distribution are not allowed. Important to refer to the load diagram on page 17.
Support and Forcing Nut: Available from MT 2 onwards with a forcing nut.
Maintenance: All ROTOR Centres are manufactured with continuous lubrication.
Accuracy: The document emphasizes the importance of concentricity precision.
Additional Notes: Live-Centres with carbide tips should not be used with maximum load.
