PRODUCT MANUFATURING Supporting the customer in co-design, preventive tests with three-dimensional modeler and auxiliary software; study on the raw materials to be used and creation of prototypes and three-dimensional models with 3D printers. Through an accurate control system, we guarantee the best production yields for the rotoformed product and assign to it a unique serial number. A technical bill of materials is defined and the steel sheet moulds are made in the internal workshop, or through first-level partners for what concern cast aluminium moulds or CNC milling moulds from solid aluminium blocks. Your Projects Our Products Completed products are tested; according to the customer's specifications, different checks will be applied, such as the creation of the CE certificate or dimensional checks by means of 3D scanners; 100% of Rotoglobe's production is subjected to controlled pneumatic verification for the integrity of the tanks to guarantee watertightness.
