Through an accurate control system, we guarantee the best production yields for the rotoformed product and assign to it a unique serial number. A technical bill of materials is defined and the steel sheet moulds are made in the internal workshop, or through first-level partners for what concern cast aluminium moulds or CNC milling moulds from solid aluminium blocks. Your Projects Our Products Completed products are tested; according to the customer's specifications, different checks will be applied, such as the creation of the CE certificate or dimensional checks by means of 3D scanners; 100% of Rotoglobe's production is subjected to controlled pneumatic verification for the integrity of the tanks to guarantee watertightness. Once the tests have been passed, the rotoformed products are labelled and packed using automatic machinery, combined with delivery documents and transferred to the storage area before being shipped to the customer.
