The RCC series includes models RCC 20, 25, 30, and 45, each designed for different machine classes ranging from 18 to 55 tons. The weight of these machines varies from 1950 kg to 4500 kg. They offer closing forces at various positions, with the highest being 1422 tons at position C1 for the RCC 45 model. Dimensions and hydraulic specifications are provided for each model, ensuring compatibility with various operational requirements.

Construction & Hydraulics
The RCC is constructed from high-grade performance steel, featuring large diameter hoses, bores, and pipes to reduce back pressure in the hydraulic system. This design enhances the machine's performance and durability. The long bearing pivot points are designed to support combined loads from all directions.

Replaceable Cutting Teeth
The RCC series is equipped with replaceable cutting teeth, which are easy to maintain and replace, reducing downtime and eliminating the need for welding on the basic construction. The wear-resistant casted cutting teeth provide full protection for the cutting jaws.

Powered by RAMPLIFIER®
The RCC series features two hydraulic cylinders with an integrated RAMPLIFIER®. This technology activates under heavy resistance, doubling the pressure up to 700 bar instantly. The RAMPLIFIER® is a proprietary technology developed by Rotar, enhancing the machine's cutting power significantly.
