Series 100 Specifications and Dimensions STANDARD FEATURES: AVAILABLE OPTIONS: • Special motors including, inverter duty, wash-down and stainless steel as well as special voltages and frequencies. • 230/460 volt, 60 Hz, three phase, explosion proof motors (see options for starters and controls). • Mobile hydraulic lifts in either carbon or stainless steel can be used with models through 10 HP. • Standard single-stage Rotor/Stator supplied with either disintegrating, slotted, square hole or fine screen stator head. • Air/oil floor mounted hydraulic lifts are available for all sizes. • For use in atmospheric (non-pressure/ non-vacuum) vessels. • Glass filled or solid Teflon bushings or Stellite bushing and shaft sleeve sets (for abrasive applications). • Type 316 stainless steel wetted parts. • All non-stainless steel external surfaces coated with a white two part epoxy paint. • Shaft mounted down-thrust or circulation propellers to enhance circulation of material in a vessel. • Bronze shaft support bushing. • Controls such as inverters, motor starters, or explosion proof operators stations (voltage, frequency and type of enclosure must be specified). • SLIM System for incorporating powders directly into the high shear zone. • Custom built vessels can be supplied for use with series 100 units.
