SERIES KP/O/Z/P Powder booths with TwinFan™ series About the series Powder booths of these series work in plant with an average painting productivity. With large painting capacities and frequent color changes, booths with a cyclone dust collector are used. This series of cabins does not have any counterparts on the market, which could compare to it. Power consumption is very low (0,69-1,38kW), whereas the operating power very large (5100 – 10200m3/h). Cabins of this series are easy to clean, and high-quality filters can be cleaned with water under pressure. Filter is mounted on a dipstick, its assembly and disassembly is realized by a rotation of a half turn in an aluminum mounting flange. The quality of filtered air is so good that it is not necessary to remove it behind the hall and it is ejected behind the cabin. Subseries Powder booths of these series have different types, such as: KPO – open, optimal cabins used for large-size elements, as well as in service paint shops, when you do not know exactly what you will paint. Standard cabin does not have tags, but it optionally can be equipped with a side rail or hanger in front of a hoist. KPZ – closed cabins have sidewalls, which limit an escape of powder, and suspending elements such as a pipe or an integrated mobile rail (front). Thanks to walls, thrust is larger, but in service paint shop, KPZ cabins can be used only for elements that fit between walls. KPZ-P closed cabins with passage. Cabins of this series have a side rail. They are usually used in paint shops with a strictly determined production profile. They can work in pairs arranged against each other in combination with a cross transport. Such solution makes that we do not need to rotate details what saves time and facilitates a handling of heavy details.

Optional equipment Types of optional equipment for an additional charge Powder tank ROMER company’s booths can be optionally equipped with the powder tank. Optionally, this tank can have the fluidization. Fluidization plate on the bottom of the tank passes the air, but it does not pass the powder. By delivering the air to this plate we causes that an applicator can take the powder directly from the tank.
