Funktionsbeschreibung aller Toasteranlagen generell: Die Toaster bestehen aus beheizbaren Forderschnecken, welche mit Mischstaben ausgestattet werden konnen. Das Produkt (Soja, etc.) aus einem Vorratsbehalter wird mit entsprechenden Fordergeraten, die die Firma Romberger herstellt, dosiert. In den Heizschnecken sorgen die Heizleiter fur die Erwarmung des Mantelrohres innerhalb der Isolierung, sodass das Edelstahlrohr die Temperatur an das Produkt abgeben kann. Dabei hat das Produkt ca. 100°C. Um die kalte Zuluft in das System von unten zu verhindern, wurde eine Schleuse am Toasterauslauf angebracht....
