Specifications:
The aluCLIC enclosures are made from die-cast aluminium EN AN-44300 DIN EN 1706, featuring a 1° mould slope for casting ejection. The internal dimensions decrease towards the enclosure bottom by 1°. The lid includes an integrated recess for membrane keypads or front plates. Fastening threads are M5 in both the bottom and lid. The enclosures offer ingress protection of IP66 according to EN 60529, with a TPE moulded gasket that is silicone-free and operates between -40°C to +120°C. Lid screws are made of stainless steel 1.4567 (V2A) and are captive. The snap-on device is made from polyoxymethylene (POM) in deep black (RAL 9005), and the surface is powder-coated in light grey (RAL 7035).

Optional Features:
Optional gaskets include a silicone gasket (-50°C to +140°C) and an EMC gasket (-55°C to +160°C). Higher ingress protection options are available, such as IP67 and IP69K. Additional surface options include corrosion protection and special colours.

Design and Usability:
The design allows for more space for electronics, with the lid screwed on the rear side and the enclosure front fully usable. The snap-on device facilitates quick replacement.
