Inspection and Acceptance: Services are inspected according to RÖHM's quality control. Customers must accept services immediately after completion unless defects are present.
Cost Estimates and Payment Terms: Cost estimates are chargeable if repairs are not approved. Services are billed according to actual work and travel costs, with additional charges for overtime and spare parts. Prices may be adjusted annually.
Transport and Insurance: Customers bear transport costs and risks. Insurance during transport can be arranged at the customer's request. Delays in collection may incur storage fees.
