Design and Integration
The marking head MV5 U65/30 INTEGRAL features an internal control unit, eliminating the need for an external control unit and simplifying installation. Its compact and lightweight design allows for easy integration into production lines, even in limited spaces.

Marking Technology
The electromagnetic drive of the marking pin eliminates the need for compressed air, reducing operating costs. The marking force is adjustable, allowing precise marking on various materials, including plastics and hardened steel.

Mechanical Features
The device includes high-quality, double-guided linear guides for precise and repeatable marking. It features a low-wear marking tool and can be mounted in any position. Optional protection covers are available.

Communication and Operation
An optional function block for SPS communication is available, facilitating integration into SPS-driven production lines. Data transfer is supported via Ethernet, and programming can be done using MARKATOR® PC-Software. The device supports multiple interfaces and can store several hundred marking files. Optional logo marking is also available.
