6.4 Serie doppia parete DPC con intercapedine d’aria ventilata (sistemi coassiali) La gamma delle canne fumarie doppia parete è completata dalla serie DPC con intercapedine d’aria ventilata, che rappresenta un sistema coassiale idoneo all’evacuazione fumi e all’aspirazione aria comburente dei generatori di calore tipo C e a condensazione e dei caminetti a gas: tramite il condotto interno si effettua lo scarico dei prodotti della combustione, mentre attraverso l’intercapedine ventilata si apporta al generatore la quantità d’aria necessaria per la sua combustione. L’intercapedine d’aria tra il condotto interno ed esterno può anche essere utilizzata come sezione libera di ventilazione nel caso di intubamento di camini o vani tecnici esistenti con funzionamento in pressione positiva. Il sistema è costituito da elementi modulari di sezione circolare in acciaio inox realizzati con saldatura longitudinale continua con procedimento automatico al laser. La parete interna è realizzata in acciaio inox austenitico AISI 316L (1.4404) spessore 0,4 mm, mentre quella esterna viene prodotta in acciaio inox AISI 304 (1.4301) con finitura BA lucida e in acciaio verniciato color rame brunito (ramato). L’intercapedine d’aria ventilata ha uno spessore 25 mm. La connessione tra i diversi moduli avviene con il sistema di innesto rapido tipo “a bicchiere”; in dotazione ad ogni elemento viene fornita una fascetta di giunzione che assicura la stabilità dell’innesto dalle sollecitazioni di carattere meccanico. La guarnizione siliconica a triplo labbro è fornita di serie sulla parete interna ed esterna di ciascun elemento, per l’utilizzo del sistema camino in pressione positiva P1; l’utilizzo degli elementi del sistema con temperature fumi fino a 600°C e in pressione negativa N1 richiede l’eliminazione della guarnizione siliconica. La serie DPC è idonea: • al funzionamento in pressione positiva (classe P1) con l’impiego della guarnizione siliconica e temperature di esercizio in continuo fino a 200°C; • al funzionamento in pressione negativa (classe N1) senza l’impiego della guarnizione siliconica e temperature di esercizio in continuo fino a 600°C. I combustibili ammessi sono: • gassosi e liquidi con funzionamento a secco/umido; • solidi con funzionamento a secco. La serie è prodotta nei diametri Фi=80 e 100 mm ed è completa di tutti gli elementi speciali ed accessori richiesti dalle normative vigenti e dalle comuni esigenze impiantistiche. Su specifica richiesta, per il funzionamento del sistema in pressione negativa N1, possono essere forniti elementi di diametro maggiore. La serie DPC è certificata CE. La serie doppia parete con intercapedine d’aria ventilata è anche disponibile nella versione con parete interna in polipropilene PPH e idonea al funzionamento in pressione positiva P1 con temperature di esercizio fino a 120°C. 6.4 DPC double wall series with ventilated air gap (concentric flue systems) The range of double wall flues is completed by the DPC series with ventilated air gap, that is a concentric flue system fit for fumes exhaust and for comburent air inlet of type C and condensing heat generators, and gas fireplaces: the combustion products get out through the inner duct while the air necessary to the generator combustion gets in through the gap between the inner duct and the outer one. The gap between the inner duct and the outer one can also be used as a free section of ventilation in case of lining of existing chimneys or technical spaces with positive pressure operation. The series is made up of circular modular elements made of stainless steel that are seam welded longitudinally by means of automatic laser procedure. The inner wall is made of AISI 316L (1.4404) austenitic stainless steel, with thickness 0,4 mm; the outer wall is made of AISI 304 (1.4301) stainless steel with BA glossy finish and antique finish copper painted steel. The ventilated air gap has a thickness of 25 mm. The connection between elements is carried out by a fast coupling system with “tongue and groove joint”; each element is provided with a joint clamp which guarantees the coupling stability from mechanical stress. The triple lip silicone gasket is supplied as standard on inner and outer walls of each elements, for the use of the chimney system with P1 positive pressure; the use of the system elements with fumes temperature up to 600°C and with N1 negative pressure requires the taking off of the silicone gasket. The DPC series is suitable: • to work with P1 positive pressure with silicone gasket and continuous operating temperature up to 200°C; • to work with N1 negative pressure without silicone gasket and continuous operating temperature up to 600°C. The admitted fuels are: • gas and liquid fuels for dry/wet working; • solid fuels for dry working. The available diameters are Фi=80 and 100 mm and the series is complete with all the special elements and the accessories required by both applicable rules and ordinary plant requirements.
