6.1 Serie doppia parete DP con isolamento termico Prodotto di punta nella gamma di canne fumarie inox della Roccheggiani, la serie DP copre un campo di applicazione molto vasto: dall’evacuazione fumi delle grandi centrali termiche, agli impianti al servizio di singole utenze o di sistemi collettivi, fino alle sempre più frequenti applicazioni di sistemi fumari al servizio di generatori di calore a condensazione. La serie doppia parete DP può essere installata sia all’interno che all’esterno degli edifici grazie all’efficace sistema di isolamento termico con lana di roccia ad alta densità, che assicura l’ottimale rendimento in ogni condizione climatica. La serie è costituita da elementi modulari di sezione circolare in acciaio inox con interposto isolamento termico, realizzati con saldatura longitudinale continua con procedimento automatico al laser o TIG. La parete interna è realizzata in acciaio inox austenitico AISI 316L (1.4404) spessore 0,4 / 0,5 / 0,6 mm, mentre quella esterna viene prodotta in acciaio inox AISI 304 (1.4301) con finitura BA lucida, in acciaio verniciato color rame brunito (ramato) e in rame. Nel caso di particolari requisiti estetici, su specifica richiesta la parete esterna può essere realizzata in acciaio inox AISI 316L o in acciaio inox verniciato secondo le tabelle RAL. La serie DP si articola in due versioni con coibentazione da 25 mm (serie DP 25) e da 50 mm (serie DP 50): l’isolamento termico intermedio è realizzato mediante iniezione ad alta pressione di fiocchi di lana di roccia (densità 180 kg/m3 e conducibilità termica 0,0676 W/mK alla temperatura di 200°C). A livello costruttivo, la serie DP si caratterizza per la presenza di una flangia sagomata che unisce la parete interna con quella esterna; questo importante accorgimento, che distingue il prodotto Roccheggiani da molti altri presenti sul mercato, ha l’importante funzione di garantire una maggiore solidità degli elementi e di proteggere la coibentazione dagli agenti atmosferici. La connessione tra i moduli avviene con il sistema di innesto rapido tipo “a bicchiere”; in dotazione ad ogni elemento viene fornita una robusta fascetta di giunzione a doppia gola, che assicura la stabilità degli innesti dalle sollecitazioni di carattere meccanico. L’innesto può essere provvisto di una guarnizione siliconica a triplo labbro che assicura una perfetta tenuta alle pressioni tra i singoli elementi. La serie DP 25 è idonea: • al funzionamento in pressione positiva (classe P1) con l’impiego della guarnizione siliconica e temperature di esercizio in continuo fino a 200°C; • al funzionamento in pressione negativa (classe N1) senza l’impiego della guarnizione siliconica e temperature di esercizio in continuo fino a 600°C con punte massime di 1000°C. La serie DP 50 è idonea: • al funzionamento in pressione negativa (classe N1) senza l’impiego della guarnizione siliconica e temperature di esercizio in continuo fino a 600°C con punte massime di 1000°C. I combustibili ammessi possono essere: • gassosi e liquidi con funzionamento a secco/umido; • solidi con funzionamento a secco. It can be used for a wide variety of purposes: from the fumes discharge produced in large heating plants, to the applications for single users or collective systems, up to the more frequently application of flue systems for condensing heat generators. The DP double wall systems can be installed both inside and outside the buildings thanks to an efficient thermal insulation system made of high density rock wool, which guarantees the optimal performance in all weather conditions.The series is made up of circular modular elements made of stainless steel with thermal insulation inside, that are seam welded longitudinally by means of automatic laser or TIG procedure. The inner wall is made of AISI 316L (1.4404) austenitic stainless steel, with thickness 0,4 / 0,5 / 0,6 mm; the outer wall is made of AISI 304 (1.4301) stainless steel with BA glossy finish, antique finish copper painted steel, and copper. Upon request and whenever specific aesthetic restrictions must be complied with, the outer wall may be made of AISI 316L austenitic stainless steel or painted stainless steel according to RAL tables. The DP series is divided in two versions: the first has an insulation of 25 mm (DP 25 series) and the second an insulation of 50 mm (DP 50 series). The thermal insulation is made of chopped rock wool pressure-injected into the interstitial space of the double wall elements (density 180 kg/m3 and thermal conductivity 0,0676 W/mK at temperature of 200°C). On the construction level, the DP series is characterized by a shaped flange joining the inner wall and the outer one; this peculiar device, distinguishing the Roccheggiani products from many other ones on the market, has the important function of ensuring a greater solidity of the elements and of protecting the internal insulation from atmospheric agents. The connection between elements is carried out by a fast coupling system with “tongue and groove joint”; each element is provided with a strong double groove joint clamp which guarantees the coupling stability from mechanical stress. The connection is also available with a triple lip silicone gasket ensuring a perfect tightness between elements. The DP 25 series is suitable: • to work with P1 positive pressure with silicone gasket and continuous operating temperature up to 200°C; • to work with N1 negative pressure without gasket and continuous operating temperature up to 600°C with peaks of 1000°C.
