RTI INTERFACE SOLUTIONS Configurable Test Head for the Geotest, Inc. TS-900 Test System PRODUCT OVERVIEWS RTI’s semi custom load board and Pogo Pin block test interface is as versatile as the TS-900 Geotest Test System it mounts to. The test head sits directly on tester and 14 interchangeable and configurable pin blocks translate signals from the load board to the controller cards in the tester via cables. Couple RTI designed load boards with RTI’s universal BGA test sockets to further increase versatility and savings. The test head even accommodates multiple test sockets for multi site testing. In addition to routing signals from the DUT to the tester, the load board can run signals to header pins and other connectors.
