Specifications:
The Model WT3 is a 90° 3-strand skate wheel transfer system. It features a length of 16 inches and wheel centers of 15 inches. The standard lengths available are 2', 3', 4', and 5'. The unit is designed to mount between conveyor frames with a top of wheel elevation of 15 inches in the down position. The capacity of the unit load should not exceed 500 lbs.
Optional Equipment:

Components:
The transfer arm is made from a 7-gauge formed channel. Transfer wheels are Frantz model 35Z on 3-inch centers, each rated at 50 lbs. capacity. Bearings are heavy-duty, lubricated ball bearing units with cast iron housings.
Air Controls:
The system uses an air cylinder with a single solenoid valve, requiring 60-80 PSI.
