The drive and tail shaft bearings are precision, heavy-duty, lubricated ball bearing units with cast iron housings. The motor drive is a 1/3 HP, 230/460/3, 60 cycle, ODP right angle gear motor. The drive shaft is powered by a No. 50 roller chain for 1-1/2 HP or less, and a No. 60 chain for larger drives, with chain take-up provided on the motor base.

Performance:
The belt speed is constant at 35 feet per minute. Electrical controls are optional.

The overall width is the belt width plus 1 inch, with a 3-inch space between frames.

Safety and Recommendations:
It is recommended to prevent pinch points that can occur when belt conveyors are permanently attached to other conveyors or equipment. The conveyor is shown with optional supports and has a shipment lead time of 3 weeks.

Belt tracking problems are eliminated using series 1200 flat top belting on model HD1200PB.
