Specifications:
The Model 700FFT is part of the Series 900 flat friction top plastic belt conveyor. It features a gray polypropylene belt with black rubber top modules. The drive and tail sprockets have a 6.1" pitch diameter with a 1.5" square bore, with optional configurations available. The end drive allows for one-direction operation, and the belt speed is constant at 60 FPM. The conveyor includes a catenary type take-up at the discharge end and adjustable return rollers with rubber sleeves.

Construction:
The bed is constructed with a 7" x 1-1/2" x 10 ga. channel frame and UHMW wearstrips. Bearings are precision, heavy-duty, lubricated ball bearing units with cast iron housings. The drive shaft is powered by a No. 50 roller chain for 1-1/2 HP or less, and a No. 60 chain for larger drives. A 1/3 HP, 230/460/3, 60 cycle, ODP right angle gear motor is used for motor drive.

Additional Features:
Optional electrical controls and floor supports are available. The conveyor is designed to prevent pinch points when attached to other equipment. It is suitable for floor-to-floor, inclined, or declined carton handling applications, and eliminates belt tracking problems.

Dimensions:
Belt width options range from 6" to 52", with the overall width being the belt width plus 1.5". The unit is shown with optional supports and knee braces, and has a shipment time of 3 weeks.
