Specifications:
The MU-Analog-65 and MU-Analog-65-2L are ring scales used as transducers for pressure, vacuum, and differential pressure measurements. They are available in 4-wire and 2-wire configurations. The devices feature a large analog display (150 x 150 mm) and use a rotary angle sensor (field plate potentiometer) for measurement.

Measurement Ranges:
The smallest measurement range is 0 to 40 Pa (+/-20 Pa), and the largest is 0 to 1.8 kPa, with various intermediate values available. Units include Pa, kPa, daPa, mbar, mmWS, mmCE, and in.W.C.

Environmental Conditions:
Operating temperature is between 0 to +50 °C. The maximum error is +/-1.5% of the full scale or +/-1.5 Pa.

Housing and Protection:
The device is designed for wall mounting with an IP65 protection rating and features a hardened glass cover.

Electrical Outputs:
For the 2-wire version, the output is 4-20 mA with a load capacity of 600 Ohms at 24V. The 4-wire version offers outputs of 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA, and 0-10 V, with a maximum load capacity of 680 Ohms for mA outputs and a minimum of 2kOhms for V outputs.

Power Supply:
The 2-wire version requires 24VDC (12-28V DC), while the 4-wire version operates on 230 V AC~. Other AC voltages are available without additional cost, and 24V DC is available at an extra cost.

EMC Compliance:
The devices comply with EN50081-2 (emission) and EN50082-2 (immunity) standards.

Types and Ordering Information:
Available types are MU-Analog-65 (4-wire) and MU-Analog-65-2L (2-wire). Orders should specify the type, measurement range, and auxiliary power. Each device is delivered with a calibration protocol.

Overload Capability:
Overload capability depends on the sealing fluid used, not the measurement range. For example, a ring scale with a range of +/-20 Pa using mineral oil can withstand up to +/-900 Pa without damage. If overloads beyond these limits are expected, a bypass must be installed.

Sealing Fluids:
"Füllöl" (mineral oil) is used for ranges up to +/-700 Pa, overloadable to +/-900 Pa. "Galden" (synthetic oil) is used for ranges over +/-700 Pa, overloadable to +/-2.1 kPa.

Housing Details:
The housing is made of polycarbonate, GF reinforced, light gray, and can be mounted either "hidden" through internal screw channels or with a mounting frame (available as an accessory).
