COMBINATION UNIT CLEANFOS
The CLEANFOS combination unit is designed for pumping and cleaning septic tanks and grease traps, and is also suitable for maintaining sewers with diameters up to 250 or 500 mm. It can be fitted on 3-axle or 2-axle G.V.W. chassis cabs, with other configurations available upon request.
- Tank Size: Total volume of 13 cubic meters, including 1,500 liters for water, 2,500 liters for grey/black water, and 9,000 liters for sludge/wastes. The water tank can be linked to the grey/black water tank for increased capacity.
- Vacuum Pump: Rotary lobe pump with a free flow of 1,560 cubic meters/hour and 1,250 cubic meters/hour at 60% vacuum.
- High Pressure Water Jetting Pump: Power ranges from 37 to 75 hp, with capacities of 75 l/min at 180 bar and 145 l/min at 200 bar.
- Hose Reels: Main jetting hose reel with dual-axle swiveling capacity of 140 m or single axle capacity of 80 m. Secondary hose reel is hydraulically operated with a capacity of 80 m.
- Storage and Lockers: Includes locking facilities, PPE lockers, jetting nozzles storage, and open storage for suction hoses.
- Control Panel: Features a PLC and CAN Bus system with a 7’’ IP66 color monitor, radio, and wire remote control.
- Safety Features: Ergonomic design, emergency stop button, hygiene improvements, and a reversing camera.
- Compliance: Meets EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and relevant country traffic regulations.
- Phase 1: Aspiration of the intermediate liquid phase.
- Phase 2: Aspiration of sludge and grease.
- Phase 3: Discharge of the liquid phase back into the pit.
