Technical Specifications
The Galontronic electronic crochet trimming machine is designed for the production of trimmings, fringes, and high fancy products. Key features include a front screen programming system, electronic control of pattern bars, and compatibility with various yarn types. The machine offers 6/8/10 electronically driven pattern bars, electronic stop motion for yarn breakage, and an electronic frequency speed variator. Additional features include automatic scissors, a slow motion device, a picot device, and an automatic tensioner for warp threads. The machine is equipped with 4 LED indicators for yarn breakage detection and a patented 8,000 pick-repeat electronic system. It also includes a 3-shift pick counter with a pre-selector, a lamp signaling machine stop, a data reader on PLC, and a security general stop. The machine complies with EC safety and protection regulations.

Optional Equipment
Optional equipment includes creels and pitch, various take-off options, reading cards for data transfer, and several electronically driven systems such as the sea horse, pyramid, bouclé, and step trims systems. Additional options include electronic wefting devices up to 250 mm, mirror and fringe threading systems, and a spool holder set model GIOVE for twisted cords feeding.

Models and Specifications
The machine is available in different models with varying gauges: GALONTRONIC 808 (800 mm), GALONTRONIC 1008 (1000 mm), and GALONTRONIC 1201 (1200 mm). Each model features a working width of 10, pattern bars of 6/8/10, and a motor power of 1.5 HP.
