Overview
The RHE Mechanical Edge-O-Dock Leveler is designed for ergonomic operation, allowing users to operate it without bending over. Specifications

Dimensions: Available in widths of 66” (1676 mm), 72” (1829 mm), 78” (1981 mm), and 84” (2134 mm) with corresponding overall widths.
Standard Features: Capable of servicing trucks 3” (76 mm) above and below dock level, includes 16” (406 mm) bumpers, a 13” (330 mm) ramp in the stored position, and a 12” (305 mm) standard lip. The deck and lip are made of high-strength steel with a minimum tensile strength of 55,000 psi.
Operation: The leveler is operated by a simple push/pull handle, automatically setting the board into place. It returns to the stored position when the truck pulls away.
Hydraulic Upgrade: All units come with standard mounting brackets for future hydraulic conversion.

Edge of Dock Features

Capacities: Available in 20,000 lbs (9,070 kg), 30,000 lbs (13,600 kg), and 40,000 lbs (18,144 kg).
Lip Options: 12” (305 mm) and 14” (355 mm) tapered lips available.
Handle Options: Built-in telescopic handle and handle storage bracket for pit installations.
Bumpers: Treaded transition plate for mounting where sufficient dock edge steel is not present.

Installation Options

New Construction: Standard installation with poured-in curb channel.
Existing Construction: Requires a transition plate with curb angle or additional face plate if no angle is present.
