Versatility Safely restrains virtually all trailer types including trailers without adequate rear impact guards. Maximize uptime Simple, electro-mechanical design employs few moving parts for maximum reliability. Positioned automatically High-strength steel locking arm adjusts to different tire sizes for tight, reliable engagement. No external power required for positioning. Consistent, on-center trailer positioning Wheel guides properly position trailer, protecting the building and ensuring dock seal effectiveness. Rite-Vu™ hazard recognition and control system Interior/exterior LED light communication system, including Pedestrian-Vu, Corner-Vu and Leveler-Vu. Minimal maintenance Easy-to-access lubrication points. Security System Interface Dok-Lok vehicle restraints can physically enhance security at a facility when linked with an active building security system. Specifications General description The Global Wheel-Lok" vehicle restraint is a surface mounted powered Wheel-Lok designed to secure virtually any trailer type, with or without a rear impact guard (RIG) to the dock. It engages the driver’s side rear tire with an integral 20” high steel barrier. Ability to resist pullout forces in excess of 32,000 lbs (14,500 kg). Operation As the truck approaches the loading dock, it positions between the dual wheel guides.
