With the training systems by Rexroth trainees are given the possibility to assess their theoretical knowledge in the field of mobile hydraulics by practical exercises. Certified technology and easy-to-understand components form the framework for safe and successful experiment set-up. For each of the three control principles Rexroth provides project manuals containing up to eleven project-related exercises with requirements corresponding to up-to-date and easy-to-understand training materials. The didactic all-in-one solutions build on Rexroth's more than 50 years of experience in the field of training and teaching and comply with any qualification levels required in industry. Comprehensive The training systems for mobile hydraulics make the differences and benefits of Load Sensing (LS), Load-independent Flow Distribution (LIFD) and Throttle Control (TC) a tangible experience. State-of-the-Art For the three control principles Rexroth provides manuals for instructors and trainees containing project exercises building on each other. Individual The training systems are intended for work in small groups that can work on and try out solutions independently and without assistance. Thanks to the clear structure of the training system it is easy to experiment with the certified components, even for inexperienced participants. Economical A DS4 training system provides enough space for two work groups using the same power unit. The new generation of training systems generates extremely low noise, both in stand-by and in full-load operation. Practical The exercises are oriented by the requirements of everyday practice, such as parallel operation of units with changing load conditions. The training systems operate with mechanical and hydraulic control. Modular The training systems for mobile hydraulics are based on the tried and tested DS4 training system by Rexroth that provides a large range of device sets and measuring systems.
