Motor Specifications:
Hydraulics, Inc. offers six fixed displacement motors ranging from 12 in³ to 37 in³, and 4-port double motors from 24 in³ to 74 in³ for two-speed operation with external valving. The motors provide starting and stall torques equal to 90-94% of theoretical torque, operate at speeds up to 1,000 RPM continuously, and support up to 175 HP. They conform to SAE 'D' mounting specifications and weigh 106 lbs.
37 Series Standard Motor Features:
The 37 Series motor operates at 3000 PSI and features a vane crossing vane design for improved volumetric and mechanical efficiencies. It includes a pressure-balanced rotating group to reduce cross port leakage and increase efficiency. The motor is capable of rotation in both directions and requires an external case drain.
Bearing and Load Data:
The bearings in the 37 Series can handle radial loads as per the provided charts, but thrust loading is not recommended for the standard motor. For thrust applications, a thrust-capable motor is available. The motor's bearing life is depicted in charts showing radial and thrust load capacities.
Performance Data:
Performance charts for 26 CID and 37 CID motors show torque, power, and flow rates at various pressures and speeds. The motor's design allows for more power strokes per revolution, enhancing mechanical efficiency and torque curves.
Fluid and Filtration Requirements:
Premium grade fluids with rust, oxidation, and foam inhibitors are recommended, maintaining viscosity between 100 and 200 SUS. Fluid temperature should not exceed 180°F. Filtration should be at least 25 microns.
Warranty and Limitations:
Rineer Hydraulics, Inc. provides a limited warranty for defects in material and workmanship for 455 days from shipment or one year from first use. The warranty excludes consequential damages and is void if the product is dismantled or used beyond its capabilities.
