LEVEL CONTROLS RIL650 VisuLevel + IE1 Level gauges with min. level switch RIL650 VisuLevel + IE2 Level gauges with min. and max. level switch All data and contents of this card are the exclusive property of Riels Instruments Use: Designed to provide a visual and electromagnetic control of liquids in tanks with the ability to remotely send a bright, beep, activate or stop the electric circuit connected thereto. The electromagnetic control may be minimum or maximum (or minimum and maximum). Our electromagnetic levels are suitable for: - hydraulic power packs - tanks containing water; diesel oil, mineral oils with viscosity not higher than 220 cSt and all other liquids with the exception of acids or flammable substances. Working: When the float of the indicator encounters in its stroke the Reed switch incorporated in the tube to the predetermined distance, the contact activated by the magnet housed in the float opens or closes. Also SPDT contacts are available (exchange). Versions: The two sets differ in the number of electrical contacts. In the full version (RIL650 VisuLevel + IE/2) you have two contacts, the minimum and maximum level. They are accompanied, on request, of bimetallic thermometer probe with a length of 70 mm with a body made of chrome plated brass casting 0 40 mm scale from 0° to 120°C (the thermometer is incorporated into the locking fitting). Level gauges features The electromagnetic level is incorporated in the junction block, the electrical connector on the side of the lower block only if the level is minimum, if it is only the upper maximum, on both blocks if it is of minimum and maximum. To get the connector into the most suitable position for connecting the wires (left or right) is enough to rotate the screen 180 °. Tube methacrylate or pyrex glass. Nickel-plated brass 3/8” GAS thread or AISI 316 s/steel clamping screws. Note : It 'important to specify in the order if the contacts must be NA or NC in the absence of liquid.
