Rotary Blister Sealing Press - 1

Rotary Blister Sealing Press RIDAT Rotary Blister Sealing Presses are available in semi automatic and automatic versions with either two, four, five or six sealing stations and are particularly cost effective in small batch production using product cards (or film) with a heat sensitive coating The real advantage is that with minimal instruction these sealing press(es) are simple to operate to ensure consistent, repeatable results with even unskilled labour All models use inexpensive wooden Jigs and the sealing operation is straight forward. The blister is manually placed face up in the jig and the operator loads the product into it. The coated card or (film) is placed on top of the loaded blister and is correctly aligned by means of spring loaded clips Model 1518 Rotary Blister Sealing Press MODELS: MED 2420 MED 3020 The sealing operation, controlled by an adjustable timer, is automatic on all models and takes place immediately the loaded jig station is moved into position under the platen On semi manual models, the stations are progressed by rotating the turntable by hand. The automatic model has a power operated turntable and is controlled by a separate adjustable delay timer, adjusted to give an operational speed which matches the capacity and number of operators and the required throughput Delay time + sealing time = table stationary time Auto card (or film) feeder and pack removal are optionally available For higher through puts, conveyor sealers are available. The standard model accepts 24 jigs, The sealing operation is completely automatic. A conveyor skip mechanism is fitted, as standard so that for short runs only half the stations are used
