6000 - IN LINE DEFLAGRATION FLAME ARRESTER Deflagra on Flame Arrester for Explosion Groups IIB3. IN-LINE 6000 Valve Series is a family of flame arresters designed to prevent the propaga on of flames in gas or vapor mixtures. These devices are well suited for small to large applica ons, and they are tailor-made around the flow rate and pressure drop desired. Our design ensures the lowest possible pressure drop with the highest flow rate thanks to the high flux design. IN-LINE 6000 Valve Series is developped according to EN ISO 16852 and ATEX Direc ve 2014/34/EU. The connec on to the process is fully customizable according to customer needs. The possibili es include EN and ANSI flanges with connec ons of 2”, 3”, 4”, 5" and 6”. Several varia ons can be accounted for different process connec ons, different geometries, temperature and pressure varia ons. Out of standard component may require specific type tes ng according to the client needs. Standard Sizes Body Material 1. Carbon Steel 2. Stainless Steel AISI 316 or AISI 304 3.
