Overfill Prevention Devices Mod. 442B - 442B PTFE C€ RIDART APPLICATION It's a Safety Device in according with Directives ATEX 2014/34/EU, EN ISO 1 361 6-1:201 6, EN ISO 80079-36:201 6, Technical Norm Fire Prevention 41/256 31/10/2019, d.P.R. 10/520 19/03/1955 and subsequent amendments. Valve is used to prevent any possible overfill during charging hazardous or dangerous fluids. - Application: petrochemical, pharmaceutical & more. - Vaive opens and closes automatically. ^ ^ - No residual liquid in pipe at the end of loading process. v. t 477 - The operator cannot leave the pump during the refueling process. * Flow and Turbolence should modify initial and final closure level by ±20% The best performances allowed by the new regulation: - Max operational pressure 8 bar for pressure filling 3” model valve. - Max operational pressure 6 bar for pressure filling 4” model valve. - Loading process needs operator supervisor. CHEMICAL SUITABLE - Standard model is for traditional fuel without additives. -“PTFE” coated model is for special fuel, non-aggresive solvents or c hemic al produc ts.
