Specifications
The anti-siphon valve is designed for aboveground storage applications to prevent fuel leakage due to broken lines or leaks. It features helicoidal racks for progressive opening and flow regulation, and a filter to protect the valve mechanism from impurities. The valve complies with Directive 2014/34/EU and harmonized standards.

Product Codes and Compatibility
Code 1510-01 and 1510 B are compatible with diesel and gasoline. Both have aluminum housing and brass poppet material, with a 1” 1/2 BSPP thread. Gaskets are made of VITON® or VITON®/PTFE, with a maximum flow rate of 270 l/min at 250mbar pump pressure, a minimum opening pressure of 60 mbar, and a maximum working pressure of 3.4 bar. The inlet filter is stainless steel, and the maximum tank height is 6 meters.

Installation and Maintenance
The standard model is suitable for traditional fuels without additives. A PTFE-coated model is available for special fuels and non-aggressive solvents. Maintenance can be performed without disconnecting fuel lines by using shut-off valves. Regular cleaning of the internal filter is necessary, and periodic checks are recommended to remove dirt or insects. The valve should be replaced after fire or deflagration, and tampering voids the warranty. Proper installation requires checking thread compatibility and following directives and the user manual.
