Our manipulators can handle coils vertically or with 0 or 90° rotation. ASSOCIATED GRIPPING TOOLS GRIPPING SYSTEMS Discover our gripping systems, designed to meet specific industrial requirements. Each tool is engineered for maximum efficiency and safety in coil handling, improving workplace productivity and ergonomics. MECHANICAL CHUCK Equipped with an expansion system for traction and 120° jaws for optimal grip, this chuck is suitable for handling coils with 3” or 6” cores, allowing manual or automatic rotation from 0 to 90°. Compatible with M and MM models. MECHANICAL CLAMP This external gripping system uses jaws, typically coated with non-slip rubber, that adapt to the external surface of coils. With interchangeable jaws, it can handle coils of different diameters and weights. Suitable for special applications, it uses targeted geometry to lift coils from the circular section through suction, ensuring a secure and gentle grip on the material to be handled.
