The new Rhodius grinding disc takes an aggressive bite out of materials. At the same time it makes for cool grinding and turns weld seam processing into child's play. With the RS39 HURRICANE Rhodius Schleifwerkzeuge now offers a very efficient solution for powerful surface grinding and edge diffraction. The user can choose between three grain sizes and thus individually determine the surface roughness of the workpiece. Time is moneyē the new knubbed grinding disc RS39 HURRICANE grinds very aggressively true to this motto and thus significantly cuts grinding times. The special knubs in the form of several small eddy currents create and optimum punctiform support and thus ensure an extremely high stock removal performance, cooler grinding and easier chip removal. Discolorations of the material can therefore be avoided. The new RS39 HURRICANE is available in the grains 40, 60 and 80. The user can choose between these three versions depending on the desired surface roughness of the workpiece. The knubbed grinding discs are thus ideal for applications such as the flat grinding of welding seams, weld seam preparation as well as the removal of rust from larger areas. What's more for surface grinding such as chamfering or the edge diffraction of workpieces. The new knubbed grinding disc is iron and sulphur free and thus suitable for flexible use. It can be used to process steel, stainless steel, castings and non-ferrous metals in apparatus engineering, tank and car-body construction as well as in metalworking shops. The discs are sold through specialist hardware dealers.
