Sensors: 1-Channel Differential-Hall M12-plug series
Applications: Suitable for speed detection of gearwheels with small modules and high resolution, applicable in vehicles, mobile operating machines, and hydraulic drives, following the DIN M12 installation dimension.
Features: Detects up to 20,000 Hz, requires alignment, has a large air gap, and is made of stainless steel. Operates within a frequency range of 0.5 Hz to 20 kHz and a temperature range of -40 °C to +125 °C, with an IP67 protection rating when the plug is connected.
Specifications: The sensor housing is M12 x 76.5 mm with a thread of M12 x 1.0 x 50 mm. Includes a 4-pin Binder plug, two fixing nuts, and operation instructions. The maximum air gap is related to the module and working frequency.
Electrical Specifications: Power supply ranges from 10 VDC to 36 VDC, with a current consumption of less than 20 mA. Maximum output current is 500 mA at 24 VDC and 50 mA at 36 VDC. The sensor is short-circuit immune and has reverse polarity protection.
Environmental Conditions: Withstands a maximum pressure of 20 bar, vibration resistance up to 15g, and shock resistance up to 30g. The MTTF is 16.43 years at 125 °C.
Safety Instructions: Installation and operation should be conducted by trained specialists. Avoid installation near heat sources or radio systems. Handle carefully to avoid damage, and replace defective components immediately.
Connection and Wiring: Sensor lines should be short, shielded, and not routed near power-conducting lines. Connect or disconnect the sensor only when de-energized.
Intended Use: Operate the sensor within specified conditions to avoid hazards or damage. Not suitable for explosive environments.
