Sensor: 2-Channel Differential-Hall FA series
Opening, modifying, or repairing the speed sensor is strictly prohibited. Only trained specialists should handle system developments, installations, and commissioning of electronic systems for hydraulic drives. Ensure safety of the vehicle and hydraulic system before commissioning. Replace defective speed sensors immediately.
Installation Notes
Avoid placing the speed sensor near heat sources. Ensure wires are kept away from hot, moving parts, and radio systems. Disconnect the sensor before welding or painting, and seal cables to prevent water ingress.
Transport and Storage
Inspect for transport damage and report issues to the transport contractor and RHEINTACHO. Do not use sensors that have been dropped.
Connection and Wiring
Keep sensor lines short and shielded, connecting the shield to ground. Only plug or unplug the sensor when de-energized. Avoid routing near power lines and secure the cable harness.
Intended Use
Operate within specified voltage, temperature, vibration, and shock ranges. Use outside these conditions can cause damage or danger.
Improper Use
Using the sensor outside intended conditions or in explosive areas is prohibited and voids warranty and liability.
Safety-Related Functions
Customers must conduct risk analysis and define safety functions, implementing suitable safety measures.
Disposal
Dispose of the sensor according to national regulations.
Technical Changes
Technical changes may occur without notice, and liability for errors is excluded.
