A REVOLUTIONARY ULTRA-MODERN MULTISTAGE-VALVE DISPENSING SOLUTION. FOR MODERATE OUTPUT REQUIREMENTS, IT IS ACCURATE, COST-EFFECTIVE AND REQUIRES MINIMAL TRAINING. The ColorPoint™ features an integral dispensing station, with up to 32 high-precision multi-stage dispensing valves, which can be easily inspected and replaced through 360°-access covers. Components can be stored in drums, IBC or other vessels, and pumped directly to the dispensing head through a piping network. A high-precision-electronic scale controls the weight of the components during dispensing. The valves are operated according to the weight communicated from the scale to our “self-calibrating” software, IMAGO—the touch-screen version of IMAESTRO developed in-house by IM GROUP—to achieve maximum speed and dispensing accuracy. Production and traceability are simplified via bar-code/ QR-code systems equipped with smart device powered by our IMAESTRO Mobile App. To ensure quality maintenance, only certified commercial parts are used.
