A sequence of hose prefilling, de-airing, pressurizing and bleeding is performed without opening the cover. Quick object filling is performed via large orifice tubing and by-pass check-valve. The test unit is fitted with a Resato high-pressure pump. It provides continuously variable test pressure settings and easy operation. Pressure build up is automatically stopped when the set pressure is reached. The test pressure is indicated on a calibrated test gauge. Description The unit is ready-to-use and is especially designed for carrying out pressure tests on hoses, although other objects can be tested as well. The unit has an ergonomic and spacious stainless steel test compartment with cover, which is completely made out of an impact resistant window. The SLU is available in several test ranges up to 3.650 bar / 52,000 psi.
