Aseptic Tank Overview
The aseptic buffer tank is designed to balance upstream and downstream processes during production, providing temporary safe storage to minimize product loss and improve efficiency. It is suitable for high-low-acid, viscous, and liquid foods with or without particles. The system includes an intermediate storage tank and a valve cluster.
Specifications- Working Volume: The aseptic tanks are available in various volumes: 7,000L, 12,000L, 20,000L, 30,000L, and 40,000L.
- Vessel Dimensions: The diameter ranges from 2,100mm to 3,600mm, width from 3,100mm to 4,700mm, and overall height from 4,300mm to 6,300mm. Outlet height varies between 600mm and 700mm.
- Weight: The tanks weigh between 2,000kg and 8,800kg depending on the size.
Utility Consumption- Steam Supply and Consumption: Pre-sterilization requires steam at 2.7 bar, and a steam barrier at 1.0 bar.
- Cooling Water: Supply and consumption rates are specified for cooling water at 20°C.
- Compressed Air: Compressed air at 6 bar is used, with specific consumption rates and receiver capacities.
- CIP Flow: Cleaning-in-place flow rates are provided for each tank size.
Performance Metrics- Each tank size has specific metrics for steam, cooling water, and compressed air consumption, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance.
