Reka Glue Guns Pneumatic The TR 70 LCD cartridge gun applies hot-melt adhesives from 310 ml aluminium cartridges in beads and lines. The TR 70 LCD lets you apply hot-melt adhesive as beads and lines. The hot-melt glue is extruded through air pressure. Pneumatic glue guns increase work speed and simplify exact dosing of the glue. Thanks to the built in electronic temperature regulation the glue gun is ready to work within 3 to 10 minutes. Further more, it keeps the temperature on a constant level thus is a perfect suit for processing temperaturesensitive hot-melt glue. A LCD-display and push-buttons allow a precise temperature adjustment. This way, the user always knows the current temperature of the glue applicator and is able to apply the glue at the intended temperature. The TR 70 LCD glue gun uses 310 ml aluminium hotmelt glue cartridges, which for instance can contain PUR-hot-melt glue or POR-hot-melt adhesive. The cartridges can be swapped easily and hassle-free. The optional cartridge pre-heater KVG heats up the glue before use and increases the available glue output per hour. The number of possible application patterns is widely extended by the Reka nozzle range. Almost all of the offered nozzles can be used with every Reka glue gun in combination with a separate adapter. A cartridge glue gun in combination with empty cartridges lets you test and process different hot-melts within a short period of time. This is especially useful for working in laboratories or when qualifying a new hot-melt adhesive for a big production line.
