- Extruder Design: Z-Type or U-Type

- Assembly Group: Smart, Advanced, Premium
- Barrel Wear Protection: Options range from high-alloyed hard phasing alloy on iron base to two-phase hard alloy on nickel bases with tungsten carbides.
- Screw Wear Protection: Options include high surface hardness, armored screw flight, and maximum wear protection.
- Base Frame: Stationary, movable, or customized design
- Drive: IEC norm drive, asynchronous drive with air or water cooling
- Gear Box: Basic version or Reifenhäuser design for longer life-time
- Barrel Design: Closed, with vacuum venting options
- Connection Flange: Standard or customized hole pattern
- Feed Opening: Standard, with cooling and material outlet, or with gas injection nozzle
- Water Installation: Direct connection, centralized distribution, or with chiller
- Heating Units: With convection flaps, heat isolation, and protection against contact
- Cover Hood: Barrel hood or full cover
- Suction Hood: Standard or integrated in cover hood
- Electrification: Direct connection, terminal box, or electrical cabinet with control unit
- Z-Design: Motor positioned behind gearbox
