Product catalog summary
Overview
Keraflex® is a modular paving system designed for easy refurbishment of terraces and balconies. It offers two variants: Keraflex® MC and Keraflex® EL, both of which can be installed quickly over existing surfaces, minimizing costs and time. The system is available in various colors for customization.

System Variants
  • Keraflex® EL: Made of synthetic rubber with an EPDM top layer, it is water-permeable, slip-resistant, and provides a soft, foot-warm surface.
  • Keraflex® MC: Composed of synthetic rubber with an everroll® top layer, known for durability and ease of installation.

Key Benefits
  • Frost-resistant and elastic
  • Decorative with long life expectancy
  • High impact sound insulation and anti-slip
  • Quick installation with low structural height
  • Water permeable and low maintenance

Installation Instructions
Tiles can be connected using dowels and optionally glued. Installation begins from a corner, laying tiles in rows with dowels for connection. Edges should be glued for added strength. Tiles can be cut with a jigsaw or carpet knife.

Cleaning Recommendations
For normal soiling, use a broom or vacuum, followed by a damp cloth with a pH-neutral cleaner. For severe soiling, a high-pressure cleaner can be used with caution. Special cleaners are recommended for specific stains like chewing gum or rust.

Design and Customization
The BSW Design Center offers customization options with a choice of 26 color granules. Customers can design their own surface with a minimum order quantity.

Terrace and Balcony Surfacing The System Structure keraflex® EL and keraflex® MC Balcony and Terrace Tiles are made of natural and synthetic rubber (EPDM). They are uniquely pleasant to walk on. The tiles are as soft as a forest floor, each step sinking in slightly. Just go barefoot on keraflex® EL and relax. The material is pleasantly footwarm. The tiles are permeable to water thus the surface dries quickly after a downpour. In addition, the wear layer possesses outstanding slip-resistant properties. Terrace and Balcony Surfacing Installation Instructions Connecting the Tiles to Each Other keraflex® EL and MC Balcony and Terrace Tiles can be joined to one another by means of dowels, and glued if required. In the majority of cases dowels will be sufficient, reducing the time needed for installation. The tiles must be glued one by one to the bound sub-base. This prevents deliberate levering out and displacement of the tiles. Laying the Tiles You should begin laying the tiles in the corner bordered by the house wall. First lay a row of tiles from this corner to the opposite end, connecting them...
