CB16 / CB16A MCB Lockouts
- Turn the switch to the off position.
- Place the lockout device over the desired switch.
- Tighten the set screw securely using a standard screwdriver.
- Attach a padlock and tag to ensure the lockout device is secure in a safe or off position.
- For CB16A: Follow the general instructions as outlined above.
- For CB16: Move the circuit breaker handle to the “OFF” position, place the lockout over the handle, tighten the set screw by hand, rotate the toggle, and apply a tag and padlock.
