Main Performances
The slipring housing is made of aluminum and is designed for vertical axis positioning. Connections are facilitated through rings cabled with a 2-meter long cable, with cable entry inside the fastener pipe for the rings and through side M20 cable entries for the brush holders. The brushes are 10 A graphite, and the device can execute from 6 to 24 rings at 10 A.

The slipring complies with harmonized rules EN 60947-5-1, EN 60529, 2014/35/UE, 2014/30/UE, and 2006/42/CE, and it carries the CE marking.

Electrical Features
The nominal voltage is 400 V AC/DC, with a nominal current of Ith 10 A. It has a protection degree of IP 65 and a maximum rotating speed of 100 revolutions per minute. The test voltage is 2 kV, and it operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +60°C.

The slipring is available in various types with different numbers of rings and dimensions. Optional accessories include an absolute encoder and passages for air.

Installation and Wiring
Installation must be performed by qualified personnel following safety standards. Power must be switched off before cabling, and connections should comply with the wiring scheme of the controlled equipment. The central pipe is attached using locknuts, and rotation is achieved through pivots. Cables are connected through M20 entries, and longer cables are available upon request.

Maintenance

This includes disconnecting from the power source, checking brushes for wear, removing dust, checking cable tightness, and ensuring the cover seal is intact.
