Main Performances
The slipring housing is metallic and designed for vertical axis positioning. Connections are made through rings cabled with a 2-meter long cable. Cable entry is facilitated by single-pole wires connected to the rings and through two 3/4” Gas pipe unions to the brush-holders. Brushes are available in 20 A or 50 A copper-graphite/silver-graphite for signals. Executions range from 18 to 42 rings at 20 A, with mixed executions of 20 A / 50 A.

Standards and Marking
The product complies with harmonized rules EN 60947-5-1, EN 60529, and directives 2006/95/CE, 2004/108/CE, 2006/42/CE. It is CE marked.

Electrical Features
The slipring operates at a nominal voltage of 660 V AC/DC and a nominal current of 20 A - 50 A. It has a protection degree of IP 42 and a maximum rotating speed of 30 revolutions per minute. The test voltage is 2.5 kV, and it operates within a temperature range of -20 °C to +60 °C.

Types and Dimensions
The slipring is available in various types with different numbers of rings and dimensions:

• G PMP B18: 18 rings, 130 mm height
• G PMP B24: 24 rings, 160 mm height
• G PMP B30: 30 rings, 190 mm height
• G PMP B36: 36 rings, 220 mm height
• G PMP B42: 42 rings, 250 mm height

Types with 50 A rings and mixed executions are available on demand.

Accessories
Optional accessories include Mercotac, Absolute Encoder, Micro-switches application, and one passage for air.

Installation and Wiring
Installation must be performed by qualified personnel following safety standards. Power must be off during wiring. Connections should comply with the equipment's wiring scheme. After installation, verify all commands function correctly. Avoid prolonged contact with oils and acids.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance by qualified personnel using original spare parts is required. Steps include disconnecting power, checking brushes, removing dust, checking cable tightness, and ensuring the cover seal is intact. The guarantee does not cover modified equipment.
