Overview
The RAVAS RCS is a hydraulic load indication system designed for forklift trucks, aimed at providing accurate shipping weights and preventing overloads. It is suitable for rough applications and features an indicator powered by 4 AA batteries. The system is attractively priced and easy to install using a T-coupling.

Functionality
The operator lifts the load past a marked reference height, then lowers it gently to the reference point. The 2100 indicator calculates and displays the weight after approximately 3 seconds.

Installation Notes
The installation of the T-piece, oil pressure sensor, and other hydraulic scale components must be performed by the lift truck dealer before the RAVAS technician's visit. The technician will install the indicator, connect the power supply, and perform calibration.
